Can I request a refund for a waitlisted ticket?

The ticket is refundable without penalties only if the passenger is not boarded due to the unavailability of seats on the flight. However, PSO passengers may request a refund up to one hour before the scheduled departure time, subject to the refund conditions of the purchased fare.
