FAQ - Frequently asked questions
What happens if several passengers are included in the same booking, but there are not enough available seats for everyone?
Waiting list bookings are confirmed only if enough seats are available for all passengers included in the same booking. If there are insufficient seats, the booking will not be confirmed, and the seats may be allocated to subsequent bookings that fit the remaining availability, subject to the applicable priority rules. For example, if a booking includes three passengers but only two seats are available, those seats may be allocated to a subsequent booking for one or two passengers.
