FAQ - Frequently asked questions
How to book a territorial continuity fare
Territorial continuity fares are available in the booking system and can be booked by selecting “Territorial continuity travel options” in the search engine and choosing the relevant passenger category from those available.
This option is displayed exclusively for routes covered by the territorial continuity scheme.

After selecting one of the available options, you will be directed to a dedicated page showing the eligibility requirements for the chosen category. After reviewing them, click “Accept and continue” to proceed with the flight selection. Alternatively, you may select “Continue without a territorial continuity fare”.

Once you have selected your preferred flight, the services included in the fare will be displayed. You can then continue with the standard booking process and, if required, purchase additional services on the extras page.
Passengers eligible for discounted fares cannot be included in the same booking as passengers who do not meet the eligibility requirements. Passengers belonging to different fare categories also cannot be included in the same booking. In these cases, separate bookings must be made, selecting the correct category for each passenger.
Children and young passengers aged between 2 and 21 who are eligible for a territorial continuity fare based on their age must also be booked separately if they are travelling with adults who are not eligible. To book a territorial continuity fare for children aged between 2 and 12 travelling with adults who are not eligible, please contact our Call Centre.
Where required, you must complete the self-certification form and present the necessary documents at check-in. You can download the relevant self-certification form online.
